Welcome from the Morrills

We are the Morrills and we are so glad you are here!

We are a Christian family of 3, living on 5 acres in Michigan. Our farmhouse has been in the family for over 30 years, hence the name, Little Farmhouse on the Prairie. My husband, Travis and I have been married for 5 years and we have a 4 year old daughter named Presley. My husband grew up as a farm kid, with lots of animals and hunting. I grew up in the heart of the city with no knowledge of how to take care of much more than a dog. Now, Presley and I are solely responsible for caring for a dog, 2 rabbits, 2 cows, a horse, a pig, and about 50 chickens. Crazy how times change, amiright? Anyhow, we don’t like to waste any parts of the animals we raise and that’s how we got started on the tallow skincare products. I was looking for less toxic options and we had a cow going to process when I fell down the rabbit hole of everything tallow. I have never looked back! I love handcrafting all of our products right in our little kitchen, and I love that I am able to share them with you! Thank you all for supporting our small business!
